Transfer lounge C is operational from 0430hrs to 0530hrs as per flight operating days. Wheelchairs services are only provided after the stairs and arrival to Singapore. For wheelchair services during departure, the services will be provided until the steps to the plane. For Passengers that are immobile, we do offer a High-Lift Service. High-Lift service acts like an elevator for passengers as they disembark from the plane. The High Lift services will cost 300 SGD per person.
