This is only applicable for those items traced by Drukair from the aircraft
This is only a diligent effort as a goodwill gesture by Drukair to assist a guest to trace out a lost item from the aircraft and at no point of time take the responsibility/obligation to mandatorily recover the same and cannot be deemed to be within the scope of deficiency of service at any point of time
Lost items will not be shipped / delivered by Drukair. Passengers must come to Paro International Airport and contact PBH Arrivals staff during operation hours .
Drukair will not be liable for any observed damage on the retrieved item(s)
Items left behind at different airport controls like security, immigration, duty free shops, etc. will require the guest to check and coordinate directly with the concerned airport authority / agency / operator.
Drukair will store any item found onboard for 90 days after the date on which it was handed over to PBH Arrivals office. No claims thereafter will be entertained.
