There is no fixed gate number allotted for international flights. Check-in time is 2 hours before flight departure and counter closes half hour before departure time.

Travelers are advised to carry passports at all times with minimum 6 months validity. Indian Nationals travelling from Kolkata to Bangkok / Singapore are advised to have prior visa and a return ticket. For Indian nationals traveling to Paro should carry Passport or Voter ID as travel document. Foreigners must have prior visa (except Bangladesh and Maldives nationals).
