Appointment of General Sales Agent for Drukair Holidays

Dear Prospective Applicants,

You are invited to submit a proposal for the above subject to Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airlines. The details of our request can be found from the link below. For your convenience the main events in the timeline are detailed below:

  1. No later than 31st March 2018, the Applicant shall complete and submit a signed copy of their final Application to Drukair
  2. A prospective Applicant requiring any clarification on contractual or commercial matters may notify Drukair via email at the following address no later than 25th March 2018.

  3. Drukair will respond in writing (via email only) to any request for clarification of the RFP that it receives prior to the deadline for queries as indicated above.

  4. Any Applicants wishing to make a presentation of their proposals to Drukair can do so (at their own cost), however, should inform Drukair in advance.
  5. At the discretion of Drukair, the shortlisted Applicants may be required to supply additional information on the contents of their proposal during the final evaluation period. Drukair may visit the office site of the shortlisted Applicants at Drukair's convenience and discretion.
  6. Evaluation of proposals and the selection of an Applicant will be performed in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP).
